The Solutions Analyst is a key member of the Managed Services Team and is responsible for the delivery of business and technical operations to OpenSymmetrys Managed Services accounts in the Americas region. With a key focus on growth through success, the Solutions Analyst is responsible for taking ownership of effectively operating business processes and systems to create a high-quality service for our clients.
We are looking for candidates with strong organizational and analytical skills with a structured approach to process management and execution. You should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment. |
| Duties: | Work as a part of an operations delivery team to manage and execute business and technical processes for our Managed Service clients
Maintain clearly defined checklists to ensure all process steps are followed and deliverables conform to specific operational requirements
Provide operational support and advice to client teams in relation to their ICM system and variable incentive schemes
Operate Incentive Management applications to support the calculation and reporting of variable incentives for clients
Provide production support to our clients by troubleshooting and fixing issues identified in system configuration that impact system processing
Communicate with internal team management and members as required to resolve issues
Implement small change to variable incentive plans or rules on client systems
Provide on-site support to clients as required
Provide support to clients transitioning a new Incentive Compensation System into their organization
Test and verify newly implemented variable incentive plans

| Qualifications: | 2+ years working within a financial operations team
1+ years of client engagement
ITIL or other process certifications desirable but not essential
Strong excel skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Exposure to an ICM application (Callidus, Varicent, Xactly) desirable but not essential
