Job Summary:
After a thorough management consultant training program, an Associate Consultant at OpenSymmetry will be assisting with the configuration and implementation of Sales Performance Management software solutions to meet the clients business and technical requirements. In this role, you will work directly with our Fortune 500 client base throughout Europe and will typically be working on three to four projects per year.
Travel:
Ability to travel to client sites in Europe and occasionally in other regions as required by the project. |
| Duties: | Work with senior team members to capture and validate notes from client discovery and review sessions
Assist with the implementation and configuration of Sales Performance Management software
Perform simple configuration and development tasks under the direction of senior team members
Basic testing and validation of the assigned work product

| Qualifications: | A qualified candidate considered for employment must have a minimum Associates degree or relevant work experience in the areas of Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math or Science.
Demonstrated ability to write basic logical queries Key Knowledge/Skills Required:
Ability to work independently based on direction and oversight from senior project team members
Results oriented mentality focusing on a quality deliverables and work products
Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to write basic logical queries to facilitate calculations & reporting and to create complex formulas
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL / PL SQL is preferred.
Some proven complex programming experience is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge and use of basic business productivity tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Access
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with project team and client resources
Ability to document and communicate project status regularly to the project lead
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various assigned activities and responsibilities in dynamic project team environments
